Rocking Horse Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern

Designed by Barbara Breiter

Rocking Horse Baby Blanket Knitting Pattern

Follow the easy chart to knit this adorable rocking horse or hobby horse baby blanket with many possible variations.

You could work all the horses in St st and the background in Rev St st or vice versa. Add more repeats across or down for a bigger blanket (additional yarn will be needed). Or you could work St st horses on the diagonal and Rev St horses diagonally in the other direction.

Read charts beginning at the bottom right corner. Row 1 and odd rows are read left to right. Row 2 and even rows are read right to left. Each square represents one stitch.
