Neck and shoulder row: Work across 17 (18, 20, 21) sts and place on holder, BO center 22 (24 ,26, 28) sts, then work across remaining 17 (18, 20, 21) sts and place on holder. Leave the shoulder sts on a holder to be worked later with the front shoulder sts in a three needle BO.

Work as for back until piece is 10 (11, 12.5, 13)".
Beg neck shaping.
Left front:
Work across 21 (22, 24, 25)sts and turn work (leaving the remaining sts on your needle to be worked with the right front).
Working these stitches only, dec 1 st at neck edge every RS row 4 times.
Cont knitting in stripe pattern until the front matches the back and leave these sts on a holder.
Right front:
Join a new ball of yarn and BO the center 14 (16, 18, 20) sts and work across rem sts.
Dec 1 st at the neck edge every RS row 4 times then cont knitting in stripe pattern until the front matches the back. Leave remaining sts on a holder.

CO 32 (34, 36, 38) sts with Color A and work ribbing as for back. Begin stripe pattern and seed stitch, and at the same time, inc 1 st each side every 6th row 8 (9, 10, 11) times. When the sleeve is 10 (11, 12, 13)" long take a safety pin and mark the center of the sleeve top and BO all sts.

Three needle BO for shoulders: Transfer the shoulder sts for both the front and the back onto separate needles and with the right sides facing, and holding both needles in your left hand, knit together 1 st from each needle, do this one more time and then bind off in the normal way. Cont to knit together 1 st from each left hand needle and BO until no sts remain. Repeat for second shoulder.
Set in sleeves, using the safety pin as a guide, line up the center of the sleeve with the shoulder seam and sew in sleeves. Sew up side seams and sleeve seams.

Using 16" circular needle and Color A pick up 72 (76, 80 ,84) sts and work 5 rounds in K2-P2 ribbing. Change to Color B and work another 5 rounds.
BO loosely. Fold neck band in half and sew down on the inside of the neck.
